Description:
Borton was contracted to construct three (3) 75” diameter x 81’-8” steel grain storage tanks each rated at 250,000+ bushel for total capacity of 750,000 bushels. All concrete footings, tunnel, boot pit, floor slabs and an enclosed truck receiving pit. The mechanical consists of 14,000 bph reclaim, receiving and distribution Hi-Rollers and a reversible drag, 14,000 bph elevator leg, temperature and aeration equipment, dust system and a 10’ x 70’ pitless platform truck scale.
